8300X Series slow closing slient check valve is a common valve equipment in fire fighting system for prevention of water backflow in pipeline systems.
It adopts the principle of hydraulic slow closing, which controls the opening and closing of the valve through the pressure difference of the fluid itself. When the fluid flows normally in the pipeline, the valve is in an open state, allowing the fluid to pass through. Once the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve will immediately close to prevent backflow. When the valve is closed, the hydraulic slow closing device inside the valve plays a buffering role, avoiding the water hammer phenomenon that occurs when the valve is closed.
