Product introduction:
The opening and closing part of a globe valve is a plug shaped valve disc, with a flat or conical surface on the sealing surface. The valve disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the valve seat and can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal, and radioactive media. Therefore, this type of shut-off valve is very suitable for cutting, regulating, and throttling purposes. Due to the relatively short opening or closing stroke of the valve stem and the highly reliable cut-off function, as well as the proportional relationship between the change of the valve seat opening and the stroke of the valve disc, this type of valve is very suitable for regulating flow.
Bellow sealed globe valve with its key component is the metal bellows, which lower end is automatically welded on the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically welded to the connecting plate to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem. The bellow seal Globe Valve is designed for use in pipelines carrying steam, flammable, explosive, or hazardous media. This sort of valve does not require a flow rate that is fully open or fully closed. Even if the bellows are broken, this valve may resist leaking due to valve system packing because of its structure.
