Product introduction:
V-shaped ball valve is a type of ball valve. Its closed part is the V-shaped opening on the ball. The edges of the V-shaped opening are very sharp. During the rotation of the ball, there is a wiping effect between the closing components, which has a strong cutting force. The V-shaped opening and valve seat form a fan-shaped area. During the rotation process, the cross-sectional area of the flow channel can be changed to form precise adjustment of the medium. The sealing performance is the same as that of ordinary ball valves, with adjustment and switching functions. Matched with pneumatic or electric actuators, widely used in automatic control systems for industrial processes.

Product features:
1. Overall structure of valve body: Integral side entry structure, which is strong and not easy to cause deformation and leakage.
2. Self lubricating bearings: The upper and lower self-lubricating bearings are installed separately in the valve body. The contact area with the valve stem is large, the bearing capacity is high, the friction coefficient is small, and the torque of the valve is reduced.
3. Economical and practical: The valve body is lightweight, the valve stem torque is small, and the corresponding specifications of pneumatic or electric actuators are small. Compared with other types of regulating valves, it is very economical and affordable.
4. Wide adaptability to media: Due to the shear force between the V-shaped opening and the valve seat, as well as the smoothness of the roundness of the valve chamber flow channel, media is not easy to accumulate in the inner chamber. Therefore, in addition to systematic control through fiber and solid particle media, it is also more suitable for liquid media.
5. Precise control of small flow rate: By processing the special V-shaped opening of the small diameter valve core, precise control of the small CV valve can be achieved.
