Product introduction:
Butterfly valves are quarter-turn valves that are often used for on-off or modulating functions. Its main function is to control the fluid flow in a pipeline. The flow rate can be precisely controlled by rotating the disc-shaped element at any angle between 0 and 90 degrees. For on/off applications or to modulate flow, they are commonly utilized. They provide unhindered flow when completely opened with a negligible pressure drop. When shut, they provide a tight seal that stops any flow. They are available with huge orifice diameters and operate quickly. The disk attached to a rod. The disk spins to allow fluid to pass through when the valve opens. Lug type butterfly valve is American standard butterfly valve, same function as wafer butterfly valve product, which is connected between two pipe flanges with a double bolt valve, its simple structure, small size, light weight, only by a few parts. And only need to rotate 90° can quickly open and close, simple operation, while the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When butterfly valve is in full open position, butterfly plate thickness is the only resistance when medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop produced by the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics. Butterfly valve has two sealing types: spring seal and metal seal. Elastic seal valve, sealing ring can be mounted on the valve body or attached to the disc periphery.
