With the innovation of intelligent shot blasting and rust removal, its core technology is reflected in: realizing the self-locking of the equipment in sequence, frequency conversion and energy saving of the shot blasting motor, setting the sand amount according to the pipe diameter, cleaning the shot sand by the air washing system, quick replacement specifications of the pin type, etc., and the three-level dust removal and environmental protection standards. Lack of steel sand reminder: automatic reminder when the hoist is short of steel sand, automatic reminder when the sand storage bucket is short of steel sand, automatic reminder when the shot blasting machine is free of steel sand; Open the lock in sequence: open the shot sand separator, open the elevator, open the shot blast 1, open the shot blast 2, open the sand valve.
