Product Description
The NC series tube benders (Pipe Bending) equipped with NC control unit. It combines easy-to-use operation with high bending accuracy and cost effectiveness. It is the practical semi-automatic solution for small to medium productions.
i. Reasonable design and simple style provide the best space for bending.
ii. Numerical control, convenient operation make the settings flexible.
iii. Using the encoder ensures the bending angle accurate and stable.
iv. Multiple processing models stored for different processing programs switched flexibly
v. Automatically Counting and power failure memory function.
vi. Hydraulic cooling system ensures the equipment long-time work stably under the high temperature.
vii. The main shaft is specially heat treated.
viii. All parts are tested and assembled with strict quality control to meet the specification of ISO 9001 standard.
ix. The machine adopting solenoid valve and integrated circuit to control individual bending motion separately, which can be extend the life of the hydraulic parts.
