It's working process as following: The main function part of the plastic pipe crusher/granulator machine is composed of two blade plates,fixed and movable.The fixed blade is vertically fixed on the front wall of the machine body,the movable blade is inclined and a crushing cavity which is of big top and small bottom is formed.The movable blade plate swings back and forth,up and down with an eccentric shaft,driven by the motor through the pulley, so that the movable blade plate conducts a Cyclical circulatory motion.The material is squeezed to break when the two blade plates approach. Wasted plastic PVC pipe enters the crushing cavity at the time of separation.The broken aggregate discharges from the outlet through mesh screen.
