Straight PP PLA Plastic Drinking Straw Extrusion Machine Line is mainly used in making different diameters and thickness of straight plastic drinking straws which is used for drinking milk, juice and so on. Biodegradable Drinking Straws - as opposed to plastic which takes forever to decompose, polylactic acid(PLA), generated from renewable corn starch or sugar cane, can naturally degrade in 6-12 month exposed to the environment and the food-based material will do no chemical harm to the soil or water
This line is composed of main body, head unit, cooling system, traction device, with a variety of models such as single color extrusion line, two color and two color co-extrusion line, three color extrusion line, etc.
The drinking straw making machine is a complete set of makers of drinking straws. Using non-toxic polypropylene(P.P) as the raw material, it can produce colorless, single-color, two-color drinking straws, it is an ideal drinking straw manufacturing machine. The unit is mainly composed of extruder, vacuum shaping (optional) and cooling water tank, hauling and cutting unit, electric control cabinet and air compressor(optional) ,etc.
