Hose Pipe Plastic Extrusion Line Single Screw For Liquid Gas Air Transport

Application: The flexible PVC thunder hose pipe is widely used for suction and discharge of water, oil and powder in the factories, agriculture, engineering, foodstuffs and sanitation lines, if material adopt food class grade, this spring hose pipe can be used for conveying milk, beverage, distilled liquor, beer, jam and other foods.

Application:PVC fiber braided reinforced hose is used for conveying water, oil, gas under normal working condition in the factory, farm, ship, building and family. Food grade braided hose can be used in food industry.

• Soft PVC compound material color mixer ( Optional)

PVC compound material color mixer machine is main used in PVC compound resin adding, drying, coloring and mixing with master batch according to different colors requires for making different colors of PVC thunder  hose pipe function purpose.

PVC compound material color mixer machine is composed of silo,motor, gear reducer box, stir blade and control cabinet.

If soft PVC part of PVC thunder hose pipe color is transparant, then we didn't need this mixer machine. It is optional only.

• Vacuum Loader Machine

Vacuum loader machine is used for loading soft PVC compound resin material into hopper on the top of extruder from ground. Soft PVC compound resin material will be transported by vacuum covery in the middle of soft PVC suction hose pipe automaticly. It is controlled by timer too. The working principle of this vacuum loader is negative pressure. 

• Single Screw Extruder 

Single screw extruder is main part of PVC thunder hose pipe making machine line. It is used for feeding,transporting, plasticing,melting soft PVC compound resin material.

Single screw extruder is composed of driven motor, gear reducer box, screw and barrel, casting aluminum heater, cooling blower, hopper and control cabinet.

Driven motor: It is main part of single screw extruder. We'd better choose good brand AC type driven motor matching with inverter controll for saving power running cost.

Gear recuder box: It is used for connecting motor and for reducing rotating speed of screw through size and teeth of gear changing in the gear box.

Screw and barrel: It is most important part of single screw extruder. Design of single screw is becoming to special and customzied now due to many different kind plasic materials are using. The surface of screw should be paint double alloy for anti-wear.

Casting aluminum heater: It is used for heating barrel and screw which ensure mixed PVC resin material can be plasticizing and melting under the suitable temperature.

Cooling blower : It is used for cooling barrel and screw. if temperature of screw and barrel will be excess setting temperature, cooling blowers start to work for cooling barrel which avoid PVC material resolved in the inside of barrel.

Hopper : It is used for keep the mixed PVC resin material in the silo and make sure material can be into barrel continuously. It is like a material transport station.

Control Cabinet: It is used for control whole cornic double screw extruder running by switchs or PLC programes according to different circuits control required.

• Co-Extrusion Mould & Die Head

Co-extrusion mould and die haed is another important part of PVC thunder hose pipe production line.  Soft PVC compound material will be forced into extrusion die and mixing steel wire together through connect flange by screw forward transported after plasticizing and melting in the inner side of barrel.

In the inner of extrusion mould, soft PVC mateiral will be melting and cover steel wire both two sides, then steel wire will be in the middle of wall of PVC thunder pipes. 

• Steel Wire Lay-out Device & Forming device

Design of automatic steel wire Lay-out device for pulling the steel into straight line is based on some steel wheels and tension force controller. Due to steel wire is aound on the jumbo roller, so we need to strength it first and then make steel wire through the steel wire forming device into spiral shape.

Forming  device is used for forming steel wire into spiral shape and push the spiral type steel forward into co-extrusion mould for melting with soft PVC which is from single screw extruder , spiral steel is as the main part of PVC thunder hose pipe for reinforced purpose function.

• Water Cooling Bath

Water cooling bath is main used for cooling hot PVC thunder hose pipes which is from extrusion mould die. Bath body is made by stainless steel because of there is water inside of bath and it is should be anti-rust. Length of tank is must be enough to cooling down the temperature PVC thunder hose pipes .

In normal, length of cooling bath is 4 meters to 8 meters according to pipe diameter ranges and thickness of PVC thunder hose pipes.

Water spray system is used for transpoting cold water and spraying cold water on the surface of PVC thunder hose pipes for reduce the temperature of  pipes through the several spray nozzles .

• Haul-off Unit Machine/ Traction Machine

Haul-off unit machine/ traction machine is main used for clamping and pulling the PVC thunder hose pipe forward a long length at a constant speed through rubber pad which located on each pedrail.

It consits of driving motor, pedrail/ pulling belt, air cylinder, rubber pad. Haul -off units/pulling machine for PVC thunder hose pipes will be equipped two pedrails/pulling belts only according to diameter of pipes is no more than 160mm. 

Pedrails/pulling belts are located under the extrusion axis, which are mechanically adjustable and upper ones are driven by pneumaticlly.

Special silicon rubber pad on each pedrail/pulling belt is soft and anti-wear, which make sure pedrails do not damage PVC thunder hose pipes and there is no marks on the surface of PVCthunder hose pipes.

• Coiler

Coiler is used for winding PVC thunder  hose pipe automaticly. There are two type of coilers, one type is single disc coiler, anther one is two disc coiler. In normal, single disc coiler is enough for PVC thunder hose pipe only.

3. What's the PVC steel wire reinforced thunder hose pipe making process ?

PVC steel wire reinforced thunder hose pipe making process is almost the same with other kinds of PVC pipes making process except the steel wire lay-out device and steel forming device. Due to steel wire as reinforced purpose in the middle of PVC thunder hose pipe, so we should make steel wire in spiral forming shape first by lay-out device and forming device, then steel wire in spiral shape be melting with soft PVC material in the inner of co-extrusion mould die, soft melted  PVC material will cover the steel wire and come out from extrusion die.  Others making process is almost the same with rigid PVC pipes making process, steps including cooling, pulling, winding, cutting and so on. .
