Production Process of Flexible PVC Buckle Edge Banding Extrusion Machine

Raw Material + Additive Preparation (Formula) → Mixing ( Mixer Unit) → Loading (Screw Loader) → Conical Twin-Screw Extruder → Customized Mould → Vacuum Stereotype Table → Specialized Hauling-off Machine → Hot stamping Machine → Automatic Stacking Machine

PVC buckle edge banding extrusion line consist of automatic feeder , single screw extruder ,  extrusion mold , embossing device , cooling calibration equipment , synchronized hauling off unit , glue coating device , winding machine , printing line , etc . PVC buckle edge banding production process : screw feeder – mixer unit , the PVC raw materials mix enough in the hot mixer unit till the temperature reach to about 90 degree , then the hot raw materials will discharge into the cooling mixer unit automatically , about 5-8 minutes ,the hot raw materials temperature down to 40-50 degree , then it discharge itself . then the spring feeder will feed the mixed raw materials into the extruder , via extrusion & plasticizing , mould , calibration unit , vacuum cooling system , hauling off unit , printing online , stack . the cutter equip with the PLC , it can set different length at customer’s demands and cut automatically .
