Professional Plastic PP/ABS Edge Banding Extrusion Machine Line Manufacturer In China
Plastic PP/ABS edge banding extrusion machine line is used to produce for PP/ABS edge banding which are widely used in furniture, office, kitchen utensils, teaching equipment, civil laboratory and so on. Edge Banding, or edge banding, is the name of both a process and an associated narrow strip of material used to create durable and aesthetically pleasing trim edges during finish carpentry.
This complete PP/ABS edge banding extrusion machine line equipment includes main extruder, calibrating table, profile caterpillar haul-off, coiler unit. Extrusion mould is designed by stainless steel alloy and regulated through proper heating zones. Calibration is mounted on a common base plate. Sectional calibrating methods with sufficient number of vacuum and cooling water connection. It is easy to assemble and pleasing to the eye.
