This plastic pipe single station disc coiler/winder from small to large diameter pipe (up to 110 mm). Easy control of coil dimensions, with excellent coiling quality using the latest drive’s technology.It is designed for winding and packing HDPE pipes by adopting international advanced pneumatic principle of open and fold system. This machine is developed at our state-of-art manufacturing unit to cater the variegated requirements. Fabricated using high grade materials and modern technologies, this coiler is known to offer effective performance.
The range of pipe size and production speeds is also an important factor to look for in a pipe coiler. MagStar offers pipe coilers that support a wide range of pipe diameters, from 6mm all the way up to 110 mm. All pipe coilers have adjustable coil dimensions such as width, inside and outside diameters, so that you can produce the pipe coil suitable for every application and service different market or customer need
