PE-RT pipe extrusion machine line is used for making different diameters and thickness of PE-RT pipes , which is broadly used for castings alloys and other metals for pipe lines used in transmitting fluid and other materials.

PE-RT is a polyethylene (PE) resin in which the molecular architecture has been designed such that a sufficient number of tie chains are incorporated to allow operation at elevated or raised temperatures (RT). Tie chains "tie" together the crystalline structures in the polymer, resulting in improved properties such as elevated temperature strength and performance, chemical resistance and resistance to slow crack growth.

What's the difference between PE-RT pipe , PE-X pipe and PE-B pipe ?

• It is not necessary to do the reticulation. The processing is much simpler and faster.
• There is no chemical agent involved in the process of the production (as it happens in the PEX with peroxides or silanes). This has one of the best organoleptic properties (smell and taste).
•  PEX and PE-RT require the same dimensions for all the types of classes of service (ISO 10508).
•  PE-RT is more flexible than the PEX-b and PEX-c. El PE-RT type 1 is more flexible than the PEX-a.
•  PE-RT has a total cost of production inferior to PEX, as it doesn’t need reticulation
•  PEX pipe has an NSF-pw rating ,PE-RT has the NSF-rfh rating.
• The PB is a good material, but it is like a minimum of 20% more expensive than the PE-RT. Besides, the PE-RT can compete with the PB in terms of flexibility and hydrostatic resistance
