Plastic Plastic Powder Vertical Hopper Mixing Dryer Machine is mainly used for the addition, mixing, drying and coloring of plastic materials. It is suitable for various plastic resins such as PE, PP, PPR, ABS etc. The plastics material mixer consists of tank, main motor, main shaft ,top cover, heating pipes and so on.

 

MHG series vertical hopper mixing dryer is mainly for mixing plastic raw material, such as PP PE PPR PVC ABS pellets, mixed with master batch, meanwhile has a function of drying, remove moisture from pellets, compare with other mixer, it has big capacity, max can reach 3000kg/h, machine body adopt SS304 material, Siemens motor, a good auxiliary machine for extruder or injection machine.

 

 

Features of Plastic Vertical Hopper Mixing Dryer Machine

  • Magstar mechanical mixing dryer adopts high-performance hot air diffusion device that evenly disperses hot air to keep the plastic drying temperature uniform and increase drying efficiency.

  • The special hot air bend tube design, can avoid the accumulation of dust on the bottom of the electric heating tube, causing combustion.
  • The inside and inside parts of the barrel are made of stainless steel.
  • The barrel is separated from the bottom, which is convenient for clearing materials and quick for refueling.
  • Proportional deviation indicating temperature controller can accurately control temperature.
  • There is a double overheat protection device, which can reduce accidents caused by human or mechanical failure.
  • All models can provide preheating timing device, microcomputer control, and double insulation barrel selection.
  • Full digital P.I.D controls LED status display.
  • 0-99 hours automatically start up.
  • Provide intermittent drying method to save electricity.
