PVC Conduit pipe extrusion machine is mainly used in making different diameters and thickness of PVC conduit pipes with different PVC pipe formulas, which is used for the water supply and water drain, as well as pavement of cables.
Magstar PVC pipe extrusion machine line consists mainly of material hot and cold mixer, screw loader, screw feeder, twin conical screw extruder, extrusion mould and die head, vacuum calibrating cooling tank, online printer, traction haul-off machine, non-dust cutter or planetary cutter, stacker or belling machine as well as auxiliary machine.
Feature of Double Heads PVC Conduit Pipe Extrusion Machine:
PVC pipe manufacturing unit is a barrier-type conical screw designed with an asymmetric slotted bucket.
The vacuum calibration tank is made of stainless steel with automatic length adjustment and automatic water inlet, as well as a solenoid-controlled drainage system.
The two-strand tractor adopts a double belt structure and is independently controlled by an imported inverter or servo motor. It is stable and reliable for rigid PVC conduit pipe extrusion.
It adopts two-chip free cutting machine controlled by PLC system, independent control, high cutting efficiency and high precision.
Its uniform melt distribution structure design can ensure the same extrusion speed of the two pipes.
