Product description
Cold and hot air isolation doors are important auxiliary equipment for boilers. They are installed in the occasions where the cold and hot air ducts of thermal power plants need to be shut off and isolated, such as the inlet of a coal mill.The product is reliable, flexible to open and close, and tightly sealed, which fundamentally solves the disadvantages of the previous isolation door that is not tightly closed and the closing time is too long, which greatly facilitates the equipment switching and decommissioning maintenance. It has been widely used in major nationwidePower plant.
Main features
1) It can be installed in horizontal, vertical, and vertical positions according to the site conditions of the user.
2) The opening and closing and locking of the door adopts a chain design, which is convenient for the centralized control of the computer. In order to facilitate maintenance and special needs, it can also be manually controlled on site.
3) The overall heat treatment of the equipment, no deformation under large temperature differences, the use of novel sealing materials, good sealing performance, high wear resistance.
4) The operation mechanism is safe and fast, and the pneumatic isolation door can complete all actions within 10 seconds.The optimized design is adopted to reduce the dust accumulation of the guide rail during the use of the isolated door, reduce the failure rate, and reduce the maintenance cost and labor intensity of the maintenance personnel.
5) The isolation door is provided with a locking device, which can strictly isolate the medium. When the cold air duct is required to be low, depending on the requirements of the owner, the locking device is not required, and the stainless steel spring is used instead.
