Product description
Closed baffle door is also called shut-off door, air duct baffle door or flue baffle door. It is often used as shut-off medium in smoke pipes and ducts in power plants or other industries. Two functions, on and off, make all pipeline media in the system circulate or close.
Features
1. The shutter of the closing baffle adopts a steel plate crimping welding structure. The shape of the blade is a streamlined rhombus structure, which has a small flow resistance and sufficient strength. Around the blade is inlaid with an elastic stainless steel sheet 0.5 ~ 1mm. The higher the seal, the higher the seal; the bearings at both ends are spherical self-lubricating self-aligning bearings, so it will not affect its rotation when the blade is flexed.
2. There are electric, manual, pneumatic and other methods for driving the damper; it can be controlled locally, remotely and centrally by computer.

1. The meaning of the damper specifications D * W * L is: D is the thickness of the damper; W is the dimension perpendicular to the blade axis (that is, the exit direction); H is the dimension of the blade length. In particular, it should be noted that L is the horizontal dimension, In order to ensure that the blade shaft is in the horizontal plane during installation, the service life of the damper is guaranteed.
