Product features
The expansion joint consists of a pipe, a bellows and a pair of chains connected to the pipe. It can only absorb the angular displacement of a single plane. Precautions for installation and use
1. The small tie rod on the expansion joint is used for installation, transportation and adjustment and cannot be used as a bearing part. After the product is installed on the pipeline, it must be removed before it can be put into operation.
2. When the expansion joint Angle deformation is required to be large or the system pressure is high, the product is recommended to be "cold tight" during installation, generally 50% or 100% cold tight. The main advantage of cold tight lies in improving the stability of expansion joint and pipeline.
3. Pay attention to the rotational plane of expansion joint hinge during installation, which must be consistent with the displacement plane.
