ZJA is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway and others. It is designed for the vacuum filter of expensive oil such as fresh oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil, extra-high tension transformer oil (cover110v, major transformer), and for vacuum oiling, and drying of transformers. This filter can live line work on the spot.

An advanced fully automatic temperature controlling system, liquid-level controlling system, defoaming controlling system, pressure protecting system and excellent configuration can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance, Function of automatically detecting the pollution degree of filter element.
Online work, allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation.
It is humanization design with low noise, deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process.
Purifiers are equipped with a chain safety protective system, an interlocking of oil drainage system, vacuum system and heating system, which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
Indication for changing filters, stop device for overloaded filters.
Stop device for electricity leakage and overloaded power to protect the motor.
Phase-sequence and open-phase protection, Safety control for sudden shut-down.
Extra system of pumping vacuum for transformer is available.
