Product description
Three-leaf roots blower is a kind of roots blower independently researched and developed on the basis of high-quality three-leaf roots blower at home and abroad. Jinye three-leaf roots blower is a double impeller synchronous compression machine.The rotor is supported by two bearings, and the relative position of the two rotors is always maintained by using a pair of synchronous gears.It is a volumetric blower with forced air transmission.
The three-leaf roots blower is composed of casing, main shaft, impeller, bearing transmission mechanism and motor.
Chassis: Made of steel plate, it is sturdy and reliable. It can be divided into integral type and semi-open type. The semi-open type is convenient for maintenance.
Impeller: It consists of blade, curved front disc and flat back disc.
Rotor: Static and dynamic balance should be done to ensure smooth rotation and good performance.
Transmission part: composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing and pulley (or coupling)
How to work
The motor drives the fan rotor through the V-belt to make the sucked air discharged from the exhaust port through the rotation of a pair of three-blade impellers. The product is widely used in sewage aeration, aquaculture, desulfurization and dust removal, powder transportation, and material transportation.Pneumatic conveying, etc. are also called by users according to their specific applications: aeration fans, aquaculture fans, pneumatic conveying fans, etc., have different names, most of which are customized and transformed from three-leaf roots fans according to demand.

(2) The fan impeller adopts composite wire, which has perfect meshing, less leakage and high efficiency.
(3) The material of the blower impeller is nodular cast iron, the outline is processed by CNC machine tools, the gears are grade 5 precision, the imported bearings are used, and the rotor dynamic balance quality grade is not lower than G6.3 grade, so the product has low noise and reliable operation.
(4) The air volume of the fan can be from 0.65 m3 / min to 226.0 m3 / min, with large coverage and wide application range.
