EQUIPMENT FEATURES
The whole extrusion line include: extruders, corrugator, cooling tank, haul-off, cutter, coiler, stacker or perforator, which will be customized as the clients' requirements.
EXTRUDERS
Single screw extruders and large L/D ratio- 36:1 screws, which has a good plasticization, high output.
DIE HEAD
Short flow channel acheives lowe temperature and low pressure extrusion, which increases production efficiency by 25%.
