EQUIPMENT FEATURES
On SL800 double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line, the double wall corrugated pipes up to OD1000mm are produced for drainage, sewage and rainning water.
Moulds are compatible with SL300, SL600, SL1000 nd SL1200.
The corrugator is available in two different lengths.

Single screw extruders and large L/D ratio- 36:1 screws, which has a good plasticization, high output.
DIE HEAD
Short flow channel acheives low temperature and low pressure extrusion, which increases production efficiency by 25%.

Cooling mandrel is made of the aluminium alloy and has a wear resistance layer on the discharge, high cooling efficiency and longer life service life.
