Main usage
This series of tablet presses comply with GMP standards. It is a continuous and automatic tablet press that compresses powder and granular raw materials into tablets in the pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, and food industries. It is mainly used in the production of the pharmaceutical industry, and also used in the chemical, food, and electronic industries.
Structure and Features
Its advantages are: high material utilization, reasonable structure, convenient operation, small size, high pressure, low noise, small difference in tablet weight, the filling depth of the material and the thickness of the tablet can be continuously adjusted, and various functional indicators reach the imported level.
This machine is a single-press automatic rotating, continuous tableting machine, which compresses granular raw materials into various tablets. It is mainly used in the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the chemical, food, and electronics industries.
The outer cover is a fully enclosed form, the material is made of stainless steel, and the internal table is made of stainless steel. The surface of the turntable is specially treated to maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination, which meets GMP requirements. The doors and windows equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the pressing and can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. The frequency conversion speed control device is used for electrical speed control, which is convenient for operation, stable rotation and safe accurate angle. All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, when the pressure is overloaded, it can automatically stop. This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, which can be adjusted and operated during operation.
