This machine is a single press automatic continuous tablet pressing machine, which meets the GMP requirements and has excellent performance. It is suitable for pressing all kinds of blocky tablets, such as Bazhen cake, mung bean cake, fried rice cake and instant noodles. The device can also be designed as touch screen control according to the requirements. The materials of all parts of the equipment in contact with the materials meet the food and drug standards. The structural features of the machine are as follows:
1. The outer cover is made of stainless steel, and the inner table is also made of stainless steel, which can keep the surface luster and prevent cross contamination, meeting GMP requirements.
2. It can suppress many kinds of tablet shapes, such as round, irregular and so on.
3. Specially designed forced feeder is suitable for materials with various flow characteristics.
4. The plane of the rotary table is made of stainless steel and specially processed to meet the food and drug standards.
5. The electric appliance is operated by button, and the speed is stepless speed regulation, which can be adjusted at will (the touch screen PLC configuration can also be customized to realize the integration of man and machine).
6. The transmission system is sealed in the mailbox under the main body of the machine. It is an independent component separated safely, which will not pollute each other. It also makes the transmission shaft penetrate into the lubricating oil pool, which can get sufficient lubrication and reduce noise and wear.
