Product introduction:
APFYRT Hydraulic casing rotator drilling rig: composed of full hydraulic rotary casing drilling rig, hydraulic pump station, control system, rotary drilling rig (flower tube, driver) or engineering crawler crane (mouth guard, punching bucket), double (single) wall casing, etc.
This method has the following characteristics:
1. No noise, no vibration, no impact on surrounding buildings;
2. Do not use mud, avoid mud processing, storage and transportation, and the construction site is clean;
3. The soil and lithological characteristics can be judged intuitively during excavation. For end-bearing piles, it is convenient to determine the pile length on site;
4. The digging speed is fast. For general soil, the hourly drilling efficiency is about 14m
5. The excavation depth is deep, according to the soil conditions, the deepest can reach about 70m;
6. The verticality of the hole is easy to master, and the verticality of 3% 6-5% can be guaranteed;
7. Using full hydraulic casing drilling rig and steel casing wall, the hole wall does not slump, and the hole forming quality is high;
8. There will be no sticky mud around the steel bar, which is beneficial to improve the grip of the concrete to the steel bar;
9. No mud is used to avoid the possibility of mud entering into the concrete, and the pile quality is high;
10. The diameter of the hole is standard, and the filling coefficient is very small. Compared with other hole-forming methods, it can save about 13% of the concrete;
11. Thorough and fast hole cleaning, and the sediment at the bottom of the hole can be guaranteed to be within 2.5cm

1. Subway foundation, deep foundation pit enclosure occlusal piles, urban renovation pulling piles and obstacle removal piles, railways, ports, bridges, rivers, lakes, high-rise buildings, hydropower and water conservancy construction cobalt hole cast-in-place piles, special-purpose bored piles.
2. With full casing, it can also be constructed when close to existing buildings, especially suitable for operation in urban areas
3. Inclined piles can be constructed.
