Piezoelectric Langasite Wafers LGS Crystal Designesd For Filters Resonators And Oscillators
LGS Crystal is a multifunctional crystal. The interaction between the electro-optical effect and optical rotation in the functional crystal has been considered and studied, and it can be used as an electro-optical crystal.
The most promising application of langasite crystal is piezoelectric substrates for filters operating both at bulk waves (BAW) and surface waves (SAW). The basic piezoelectric properties of different crystals operating at bulk waves are represented and compared in Table beow.
Langasite crystals belong to piezoelecrictric materials with the value of electromechanical coupling coefficient, which is, intermediate between this coefficient of a quartz crystal and that of lithium tantalite. Langasite crystal application enables to realize filters with relative pass bands from 0.3 to 0.85% and also to design resonators with the resonance spacing of 0.8% for the new types of frequency controlled oscillators.

A: The wafer products are fragile and sometimes expensive. The last thing, as the manufacturer, we want to see is the products we make were damaged during courier. As a result, we will pack the wafers adequately and put them in a proper carton filled with buffer sponge. However, accidents are inevitable sometimes. So, please follow the “Acceptance check” steps shown in the drawings below. If the unwanted happened, we will either give the replenishment or refund if you follow the checking steps.
