LYSO (Ce) (Cerium-doped lutetium yttrium silicate) is a monoclinic crystal. LYSO (Ce) Scintillation Crystal is a new type of scintillation crystal material. LYSO (Ce) is the best combination of properties at present. The advantages of high light output and quick decay time make it an ideal candidate for a range of ray detection applications in nuclear physics and nuclear medicine.
LYSO(Ce) Scintillation Crystal emits 420 nm light and couples well with PMT under the stimulation of high energy. It also has the advantage of high light yield, short decay time, high density, non-deliquescence, and all-around stable physical and chemical properties. Owing to its excellent time and energy resolution, LYSO(Ce) Scintillation Crystal is widely used in nuclear medicine and nuclear physics.
