Online COD Controller For Wastewater And Sewage Treatment
Brief Introduction
COD (chemical oxygen demand) is often used as an index to measure the amount of organic matter in the water. The greater the COD, the more serious the pollution of the water body by organic matter. Generally, the COD value of clean drinking water is a few to ten mg/L;
The DUC2-COD-S-A is a universal controller specially designed for the DRFN digital series of COD sensors and is compatible with all digital COD sensors of DRFN;
The COD controller can query the working status of the sensor, including the serial number of the sensor;
2 high-precision 0/4~20mA current outputs with a maximum load of 1000 ohms;
The enclosure protection grade is IP66, can effectively isolate the pollution and corrosive gas from the external environment;
The COD instrument has a two-wire RS485 interface, the communication protocol is MODBUS RTU, and supports JSON text data format;
Advantages Of The COD Controller
This controller is equipped with RS485 Modbus RTU, RS485 allows multiple devices to be connected to the same bus and perform data transmission and control through serial communication protocols, making the integration between devices simpler and more flexible. RS485 uses differential signal transmission, which can resist electromagnetic interference in industrial environments and ensure stable data transmission. RS485 can support relatively long communication distances, allowing devices to be distributed in distant locations while maintaining reliable communication.
Menu password can be set to facilitate user's data confidentiality;
Clock and historical data recording function, which can record 14,000 historical data, and the recording interval can be set between 1 and 999 minutes.
3.2-inch display screen and a 128*64 black and white graphic dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, with reasonable interface settings and simple operation;
The display backlight of this instrument provides a choice of always-on and energy-saving modes, which users can set according to their needs;
The connected sensors upload the detected data in a special encrypted communication method to ensure that the DUC controller can collect high-precision data in a more stable manner.
