Industrial online pH (redox potential) meter is suitable for continuous monitoring of the pH (redox potential) value of aqueous solutions in various industries. The online PH ORP meter APX2-G3A with differential signal input is compatible with the DRFN pH sensor with a grounded electrode to solve the interference of a small amount of leakage in the solution to the detection and can cope with more demanding PH/ORP measurement. The pH ORP online analyzers have been widely used in chemical, light industry, wastewater treatment, and environmental protection fields.

• The protection grade of the shell is IP66, which can isolate external pollution and corrosive gas invasion of the external environment;
• The display screen is 3.2 inch, 128*64 black and white graphic dot matrix LCD, Chinese and English language selection, the screen displays the pH value, temperature, electrode type, relay status, and other parameters;
• The material of the housing is enhanced ABS, which makes the PH ORP controller more strong and wear-resistant;
• Abundant output, meeting PH/ORP monitoring, dosing control, remote data signal transmission;
• The backlight working mode can be set, always open and energy-saving mode can be selected. In the energy-saving mode, the indicator will automatically turn off the backlight if there is no key operation within the set time;
• Two settable SPST multifunction relays and 2 configurable 0/4~20mA active current loop outputs;
• A two-wire RS485 interface, standard MODBUS RTU, supports JavaScript Object Notation text data format and HJ211.

1.The PH ORP controller can not only compensate for the temperature of the test sample by connecting the temperature sensor but also self-check the working temperature of the instrument in real-time. When the working temperature of the instrument changes, the instrument compensates the hardware change caused by the temperature drift to make the test results more accurate, this is a patented technology.

2. The pH ORP meter has self-diagnosis function, if the operation is improper or the PH/ORP sensor is not good, the screen will display the image and the buzzer will prompt briefly.

3. All the configuration entered by the user is kept indefinitely, even if there is no power, the data will not be lost. The output and control configuration of the instrument is additionally recorded in a configuration list, which is convenient for users to record and verify.
