pH measurement can be applied to various fields such as environmental protection, medicine, food, light industry, textile, papermaking, petrochemical, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery and so on. The pH glass electrode is a chemical sensor that converts the H+ activity in a solution into a certain potential signal. The pH composite probe developed and produced by Delfino is a stable, reliable and accurate pH sensor suitable for general industrial environments.

Advantages

• The hemispherical low-impedance glass bubble is composed of a glass membrane that is particularly sensitive to hydrogen ions, with high measurement accuracy, high strength and not easily broken.

• The reference system of the pH sensor is KCl solid gel electrolyte, double connection system, and PTFE diaphragm. It has a fast penetration rate, which greatly extends the life of the electrode and reduces the amount of maintenance.

• The pH electrode has a 1-inch installation thread at the beginning and the end, which is suitable for the installation requirements of various industrial environments.

• Plastic shell pH probes can choose ABS or high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant PPS material.

• The pH electrode is equipped with a temperature sensor to provide accurate measurement. The temperature electrode is NTC or PT1000.

Application

ASP300 series pH electrodes are widely used and can be used in general industrial environments. It is most commonly used in the pretreatment of water in reverse osmosis systems, recovery systems, cooling towers, scrubbers, and factory sewage treatment systems.

However, for different environments, the chemical composition, flow rate, temperature, pH range and pollutant level must be considered to determine the most suitable pH electrode.

Life and maintenance

The life of ASP300 series pH electrode can be up to 2 years. If the electrode can reach its maximum life, correct maintenance is very necessary.

After the PH meter is used, it should be immersed in the PH soaking solution for proper storage, which is very beneficial to improve the slow response of the electrode and prolong the life of the electrode.

After the electrode is taken out of the soaking bottle, it should be shaken in deionized water and shaken dry. Do not wipe the bulb with a paper towel. Use filter paper to absorb it.

Our electrodes are suitable for general industrial environment, ultra-pure water, organic solvents and other special samples, using ultra-low internal resistance sensitive membranes.

For special samples containing hydrofluoric acid and other substances, select the anti-hydrofluoric acid glass sensitive film.
