Feature of Tunnel Ovens
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface. The main parts are made of low-carbon stainless steel. The main accessories and electronic components are imported products.
The pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant ultrasonic wave and bearings, seals and gaskets are all special materials and patented process products. Therefore, the product quality is excellent and the appearance is beautiful.
This product mainly adopts advanced vacuum suction, steam sterilization, vacuum drying and other processes for rubber plug and aluminium cover treatment. Rubber stopper and aluminium cover can be operated automatically in one machine under the control of PLC programmable controller, without intermediate rotation, without cross-contamination.
At the same time, the machine can show the operation status of each process, under the influence of many technologies such as automatic suction, strong spraying, slow rolling, ultrasonic wave and so on, such as washing, silicification, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, hot air reheat, vacuum drying, and automatic discharging.
The dynamic display on the display screen can intuitively understand the operation of the unit and automatically record various motion parameters.
The inner drum of the machine is a back drawer structure, which is convenient for maintenance, time-saving and labor-saving. The machine has low labor intensity, simple operation, energy-saving and energy-saving, high production efficiency and good quality of rubber plug treatment.
