Basic working principle:

Erformance features:
1. Automatic in-place cleaning system: there is a high-pressure spray gun inside and outside the coating pot, and a cleaning nozzle at the air outlet and hot air outlet, which can rotate automatically in all directions without dead Angle, making cleaning more convenient and easier (optional).
2. A special spray gun is developed and produced by selecting high-end professional customized spray gun in jiangnan in strict accordance with GMP and coating technology. This spray gun is designed with all stainless steel, easy to handle, easy to disassembly without any tools, flexible control process requirements, prevent dripping and blocking phenomenon, flow rate, Angle, fan can be adjusted. 3. The coating machine contains large pot bag small material mechanical device (for example, the coating machine of model 150 contains at least 20~40Kg of plain pieces), through its internal mechanical adjustment, so that a small amount of plain pieces in the big cylinder coating, will not cause waste of auxiliary materials, greatly improve the range of use.
The air is inhaled by the centrifugal fan and purified at the level of 100,000 through the primary, middle and high three levels of filtration.
