Principle and Characteristics of Machine Operation
This machine is controlled by PLC man-machine circle. It consists of sensor, photoelectric, pneumatic, heating and mechanical components. The operation principle of the machine is that the forming material is preheated and entered into the forming device to form a bubble cap. The material is loaded into the bubble cap by the feeding device or the hand pendulum, then sealed by the thermal packaging device. Finally, the blanking device punches the publishing block to complete the bubble cap packaging. All actions in the whole process are automatically completed, and measures such as fault alarm, material shortage alarm or automatic shutdown are taken to ensure the safe operation of the machine. The main features of this model are as follows:
1. Closed isolation design is adopted in the operation area and the mechanical rotation area to completely isolate other items such as packages and lubricants so as to avoid cross-contamination.
2. As an improvement of the traditional flat-panel machine, the die and the old model are completely universal, which is a good choice for old customers to update.
3. The extension of lathe-type guide rail and the use of screw adjustment make the box protection design clever, which can prevent drugs from falling into the machine and make cleaning more convenient.
4. Molding, traction, heat sealing, batch number and other devices adopt side-push handle lock mode to change the mould, which ensures the quick change of the mould, and the installation time of the mould is only half of the traditional model.
5. Servo traction has become the standard configuration. It is more convenient to set the traction length and easier to mark when changing packaging varieties.
6. The traction clamping mode is improved to the roller type, which saves the air-clamp traction return time and greatly improves the efficiency of the whole machine.
7. The load-bearing shaft distributes the material motor, and the tension of the package material is more constant. The packing material is packed by electric expansion axle, and the replacement of the packing material is quick and convenient.
8. The whole machine can be divided into structure design, convenient for transportation and installation, and flexible for moving in narrow space.
