Application Overview
BG series high efficiency coating machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical and food industry. It is organic film coating for tablets, pills, candy, etc., water-soluble film coating, slow and controlled release coating, pill coating, sugar coating and A high-efficiency, energy-saving, safe, clean, and mechanically-integrated coating device that meets GMP requirements for chocolate and candy coatings.
Basic working principle:
Tablet core within the clean airtight rotating drum machine, kept as a complex trajectory, flip is fluent, exchange is frequent, medium by thermostatic mixing barrel, through the role of peristaltic pump, from the spray gun to slice of core, at the same time under the influence of hot air and negative pressure, supplied by hot air tank class 100000 clean hot air through the core, through the bottom of the screen hole, again from throttle discharge, make the quick drying coating medium on core surface, form a solid, dense, smooth the surface of the film, the whole process under PLC control is done automatically.
Erformance features:
1. Automatic in-place cleaning system: there is a high-pressure spray gun inside and outside the coating pot, and a cleaning nozzle at the air outlet and hot air outlet, which can rotate automatically in all directions without dead Angle, making cleaning more convenient and easier (optional).
2. A special spray gun is developed and produced by selecting high-end professional customized spray gun in jiangnan in strict accordance with GMP and coating technology. This spray gun is designed with all stainless steel, easy to handle, easy to disassembly without any tools, flexible control process requirements, prevent dripping and blocking phenomenon, flow rate, Angle, fan can be adjusted. Atomization uniform, spray surface large, saving accessories.
3. The coating machine contains large pot bag small material mechanical device (for example, the coating machine of model 150 contains at least 20~40Kg of plain pieces), through its internal mechanical adjustment, so that a small amount of plain pieces in the big cylinder coating, will not cause waste of auxiliary materials, greatly improve the range of use.
The air is inhaled by the centrifugal fan and purified at the level of 100,000 through the primary, middle and high three levels of filtration. Then it is blown into the drum of the main engine through the heat exchanger (steam or electric heating) and equipped with vibration reduction device. An initial air filter is added to the air intake.
