1,This machine adopts new disk-rotation type movable printing equipment. It characterizes such features as compact structure, small volume, simple operation, convenient replacement, and low noise.

2,Edible ink is adopted for the machine. Anhydrous ethanol is adopted as a thinner, with non-toxic and non-side effects. It prints with high velocity, clear-cut writing, which is fine, even and fast-drying. It can be applicant to equipment of single-sided and unicolored (YSZ-A) printing or two-faced and two-color printing. It has been widely used in such industries as pharmacy and foodstuff.

3,This machine is applicant to the products of any specification or shape. Axial printing can be done on the hollow capsules or filled ones. It can also be applicant to the printing of medicine products of rotundity, long rotundity, triangle, hexagon, and sugar coating tablets, unpolished, polished coating tablets, or ones of various of specifications and shapes, or irregular tablets.

Working Principles:

Pour the tablets or capsules to the feeding disk to make them fall into the indent groove of the rotating feeding disk spontaneously. Under the function of the compression air, the eliminating capsule wings eliminate redundant tablets and capsules, eventually make each indent groove contains each tablet or capsule for printing. Movable printing rubber wheel and feeding disk rotate simultaneously. When the tablet or capsule is printed, it is clamped between the two auxiliary movable printing rubber wheel (Note: YSZ－A M upper rubber wheel is capsule-bearing rubber wheel),and then printed, transferred to the discharge gate. 

Operation Illustration:

1,choose corresponding ink disk (engaged specially) according the specification of the article printed.

2,Install the guard rail collar and baffle of the feeding disk, adjust the eliminating capsule wing and ventilation device to the optimal position, and adjust the optimal pitch of the feeding disk in accordance with the operation requirement.

3,Start compression air to make the pressure up to 3～4㎏∕cm³.

4,Install steel printing wheel.

5,Install the upper and lower rubber wheel.

6,Install distributor wheel.

7,Install the ink disk, put a proper quantity of ink into the ink disk, pour a proper quantity of anhydrous ethanol, mix them up, install the ink disk onto the ink disk support to fix it.

8,Install the scraper, and start the machine, drive the distributor wheel, and then adjust the pressure of the scraper until scrape it clean.

9,Put a small quantity of the articles printed into the feeding disk, then start the machine, and adjust the pressure of rubber wheel, making it reach the optimal printing effect.

10,put the articles printed into the feeding disk, turn on the jet spigot, adjust the jet quantity, start the machine and make it run normally.

11,Check frequently the printing quality of the articles printed and how much the ink left, continuously add the articles printed and regularly add ink and solvent to the ink disk.

12,Adjust its operation through the handle, and it must be adjusted during the operation.

13,The optimal operation workmanship is at 16-26 ℃ room temperature, and 60～70% relative humidity.
