This product adopts the principle of photoelectric induction to count, bottle and transport the induced medical particles, and all the operation data can be monitored and set in real time.
This machine has 8 vibration "V" -type grooves, and counts the particles in the lower hopper one by one according to the vibration effect.A bottle electromagnet is installed on the side of the track to ensure that the bottle will not move when it is filled. When the set number of bottles is filled, the electromagnet will automatically open and the bottle will be transported out by the track.The left side of the track is equipped with a bottle photoelectric eye to check if there is any empty bottle waiting for the next bottling work. If the bottle is not detected, repeat the above operation. If there is no vibration device, it will stop working

Main components:
The chassis mainly plays the role of supporting vibration magnetic block, vibration groove, hopper, conveying track, etc. Meanwhile, the electrical distribution system is installed in the cabinet.
The conveying track mainly conveys a steady stream of medicine bottles, making the unit work continuously. The adjustable speed switch is installed on the right side of the conveyor track, which can be adjusted according to different requirements and the track start and stop
operation.There is an emergency stop knob switch on the outside of the track. In the process of equipment operation, in case of unexpected failure, the emergency stop knob can be pressed to make the equipment stop in time.The conveying track can adjust the height to meet the needs of different height of the bottle. The fixed screw position of two triangle bearings under the track is mainly adjusted.
The main function of the electromagnetic vibrator is to pave and separate the particles from the hopper, so as to realize the preparation of counting. There are two groups.
