There are four sources of pollution in the clean room: ①dust and bacteria in the air as well as dust particles and microorganism brought from fresh air in the purification air conditioning system; ②dust generated by operator; ③dust generated from building envelope and facilities; ④ dust generated during production of equipment and products. In order to ensure the air cleanliness required by production environment or clean rooms for other uses, indoor decoration materials and instruments with few dusts generated and difficult for breading microorganism have been used, and air filtration method is adopted for technology, while air filters in different performances are set up in each part of the air supply system; when fresh air is sent in the clean room by the blowing-in system, suspended particles and microorganism will be removed by the air filters.

This E-Clean builds and designs dust-free clean rooms ranging from FS209E levels 100 to 1,000,000, which equate to ISO 14644 levels 5 to 8.
For 300,000-level clean rooms, a sub HEPA filter may be used.
For levels 100-100,000, we recommend installation of a system of primary, and high-efficiency HEPA filters.
The airflow rates of the secondary and high-efficiency filters should be less than or equal to the specified airflow rate of the clean room.
Filters should be concentrated on the barotropic power.
