To ensure proper application of coating and wrapping, it is important that the volume solution temperature is above 5℃. Additionally, the application temperature should be carried out at 5℃ above to prevent any issues.

When applying, it is recommended to use a thin coat Paste, which should be applied to threads, cavities, shoulders, pits, and other irregularities to ensure full coverage.

For uneven areas such as flanges and valves, it is important to Stuff Mastic. The Mastic should be molded and packed into irregularities to eliminate bridging and voids, ensuring a smooth surface.

After applying the coating and Mastic, it is recommended to Wrap Petrolatum Tape around the surface. While doing so, be sure to apply tension to assure tight tape adhesion for maximum effectiveness.

For added protection from mechanical damages and better isolation from air, consider using PVC Tape as an outer layer on top of Petrolatum Tape.
