1. Q Series PET Bottle Blowing Machine Description:
1. Stable performance with Advanced PLC
2. Conveying performs automatically with conveyor.
3. Strong penetrability and good and swift distribution of the heat by letting the bottles rotate by itself and revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared preheater.
4. High adjustability to enable the preheater to preheat performs in shapes by adjusting the light tube and the length of the reflecting board in the preheating area,and eternal temperature in the preheater with an automatic thermostatic apparatus.
5. Optimization of the oven,suction and convulsion devices,cool the preform surface.Waterway,air duct directly through the device,double protect the screw neck
6. Each mechanical action has safety self-locking device,whe a process fails, the program will automatically switch to the security status.
7. Servo device for the material transfer and bottle perform distribution, fast,reliable,and high stability.

2. Q Series PET Bottle Blowing Machine Advantages:
1) Servo driving and cam linking blowing section:
The unique cam linking system integrates movement of mold-opening, mold-locking and bottom mold-elevating in one movement, equipped with high speed servo driving system which greatly shorten the cycle of blowing and increase the capacity.
2)Small performs distance heating system
Heater distance in the heating oven is reduced to 38mm, compared with the conventional heating oven it saves more than 30% electricity consumption.
Equipped with the air cycling system and redundant heat discharge system, it ensures the constant temperature of the heating zone.
3)Efficient and soft perform inlet system
By rotary and soft preform inlet system, the speed of prefom feeding is ensured meanwhile, the preform neck is well protected.
