Description:
1.High speed filling valve, guarantees liquid has precise level and no waste is incurred.
2.The capping heads apply constant magnetic torque device to secure capping quality and prevent damage to the bottle cap.
3. The control system has the function of control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block auto stop and production counting.
4. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically.
5. Each components of this filling machine can adjust its height individually, unique design greatly improves the convenience of adjustment and strength, make sure bottles can run smooth in high speed. Main engineer has clutch protection device, anyplace occurs default, whole machine will stop immediately, make sure default won’t do any damage to filling machine.
6. Automatic oil greasing system is a very important components of our filling machine. The oil distributor can distribute oil exactly according to bearings size and model, complete system is controlled by PLC’s User Interface, you can modify oil greasing amount according to real operating situation also.
