The TYP series high-efficiency permanent magnet inverter synchronous motors can only be used with permanent magnet motor inverters. The rotor of these motors has a built-in permanent magnet structure, and a special design of alternating and straight axial magnetic circuits gives this series of motors a certain convex pole torque.
The frequency converter must control the work with the maximum torque/current ratio control mode to ensure that TYP series motors have a high power factor in the whole speed regulation range. This also results in small working current and low copper consumption.
The rotational speed of TYP series high-efficiency permanent magnet frequency conversion synchronous motors is synchronized with the rotating magnetic field of the stator, eliminating rotational difference and saving rotational power, resulting in high efficiency in the whole speed range and a clear energy-saving effect.
