1. When Can I Get the Price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. To get the swift quotation, when you send the inquiry to us, including the clear picture, size, color, cdr or ai file if logo label needed and other detailed requirements.

2. Can You Do the Design of Product for Us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect finished items. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. How Can I Get a Sample to Check the Quality?
Option 1, some samples are free, you afford the express freight.
Option 2, Sample charges are USD 50/pcs + express charges, which can be reduced when the order amount reached USD 10,000.
Option 3, you can place the mass production order to us directly and we can send one free pre-production to you confirm before mass production and you afford the express charges.
Option 4, you send the original sample to us and we can go ahead the bulk production.
Option 5, we can process the small order or bulk order production order directly for the simple items, samples are not necessary.

4. How to Pay ?
You can choose the T/T bank transfer, PayPal or west union or other payment negotiable. PayPal is swift but the transfer fees are expensive 5% of the amount. This way is better for the sample charges for small amount only. To guarantee the safety of your fund, please check the bank information from email, invoice, online or mobile phone, it should be the totally same. Any adults just confirm with sales before transfer.

5. How Long Can I Expect to Get the Sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 1-7 days, different from the difficulty of items. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. Also, we will take pictures to you confirm before delivery.

What about the Lead Time for Mass Production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Normally, it cost 7 to 15 working days. Some items or big order needs 1 month. We suggest you start inquiry and finalize the order at least two months before the date you would like to receive the packages in hand. We need to wait for the production schedule and will start the production earlier for the earlier order. Of course, we will make some adjustment for some urgent orders.

You can choose your own forward to fetch the items from our factory or we can arrange delivery for you by our long-term cooperation shipping agent.
