3.The working process and function of vertical ring die pellet machine

2. Extrusion and compression: The raw materials fall into the ring die assembly under the action of gravity. The roller rotates at high speed, exerting strong mechanical pressure on the raw materials, forcing them to pass through the small holes in the ring die.
Forming and heating: During the violent extrusion process between the roller and the ring die, the raw materials are subjected to a large amount of frictional heat. This heat can partially fuse the raw material particles, so that the pressed particles have good structural integrity.
3. Particle discharge: After extrusion and heating, the raw materials are compressed into standard-sized particles and discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the ring die.
