Biomass Pellet Machine
The biomass pellet machine is a new type of pellet fuel molding machine which utilizes various branches, wood chips, corn stalks, rice straw, wood bran, wood powder, sawdust and other agricultural waste as raw material.

The pellet machine that we manufacture adopts a mature vertical ring die pellet machine in the market, which has many advantages over the flat die one. Primarily, four elements make this model a much better choice for applications.
First of all, the vertical direction of the mold. In vertical feeding, the mold is placed flat and mouth is pointing upward. Whereas the sawdust's specific gravity is light, it flows directly from top to bottom. The pressure wheel then rotates and throws it around the mold to make the particles evenly compressed.
Secondly, the machine is easy to fix due to its static and vertical installation, and it runs smoothly as well. Thirdly, the performance of the vertical ring die granulator is stable as it divides the material via the rotation of the pressure wheel, thus producing no heavy material or vibration.
Fourthly, the machine has an open upward structure and an air-cooled cloth bag for dust removal as well as automatic refueling, both of which contribute to efficient heat dissipation. Also, its large cast steel bearing seat and enlarged shaft can bear no pressure, is not easy to break and ensures a long life span.
Furthermore, the two-layer mold allows the above- and below-level uses, reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.
