The PTO pellet machine is a specialized machine used in the manufacture of feed and biomass pellets. Widely used, the feed pellet motorized disc and moving roller are effective in suppressing livestock pellet feed and processing biomass pellets. This equipment is composed of a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, an electric control box, a motor, etc. The template and pressure roller are made of high-quality alloy steel and specially treated. The main shaft and flat mold of the feed granulator drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction, and the pressure roller and template generate high temperature to ripen the starch. Under the compression of the pressure roller, the particles are discharged from the mold hole, and the user can adjust the length of the particle feed independently.
Classified by structure, the feed pellet motorized disc and moving roller can be either moving disc or moving roller type.
The moving disc type consists of a spindle driving the flat mold to rotate, while the pressure roller does not move. It is mainly used to produce the feed/small yield sawdust particles.
For the moving roller type, it is principally composed of a spindle driving the pressure roller to rotate, whilst the flat mold does not move. It is suitable for large-scale production of sawdust particles.
The straw feed pellet machine has a wide range of applications in small farms, individual family farms, and feed processing factories.
