The vertical ring die pellet machine is currently a new type of granulator in China. This structure pellet machine adopts a large modulus hard tooth surface helical gear reducer, with reinforced main shaft, strong power output, stable equipment use, low failure rate, and low production cost. Features of the new wood pellet machine:
1. The feeding method is vertical material, which avoids material blockage due to the centrifugal force.
2. The grinding tool adopts multi processing to make it more durable, and the design is reasonable. The use of upper and lower layers of grinding tool holes not only reduces costs, but also increases production and efficiency.
3. The addition of an automatic lubrication system has changed the era of each oil injection, allowing for uninterrupted operation 24 hours a day, thereby increasing production.
4. A steam vent has been added to reduce the temperature inside the machine mold, resulting in longer mold usage time.
5. The use of thick steel plates greatly increases the self weight of the machine, making it more stable.
6. The exterior is painted to enhance the machine's corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal
7. The length can be adjusted at any time, so that the length of particles can also be adjusted at any time.
8. The pressure wheel rotates to generate centrifugal force on the material, which is evenly distributed around it.
