Working principle and process:
The fish feed extruder machine adopts advanced puffing technology, which processes feed under high temperature and pressure to puff, sterilize, and digest, making it easier for fish to absorb. It mainly consists of screws, feeding systems, expansion chambers, and cutting devices.
During the working process, the feed enters the extruder through the feeding system, and is subject to the high-speed rotation of the screw and the high temperature and pressure environment. Next, after passing through the expansion chamber, the feed is rapidly expanded and forms granular feed under the action of the cutting device. Finally, through the cooling device, the feed is solidified, cooled, and the required product is obtained.
