WORKING PRINCIPLE
The following conditions should be met before granulation:
 
1: The granulation material needs to be sawdust-like, and if the material is large, it needs to be processed by a chipper or a pulverizer before processing.
 
2: The moisture content of the granulation material must be between 10-15%. If the moisture content is too high, use a three-cylinder dryer or a single-cylinder dryer for drying.
The biomass pellet machine (ring mold) adopts two-stage transmission of belt and worm gear; the feeding depends on the gravity of the material itself, and is adsorbed on the conveyor belt to realize feeding; at the same time, the equipment is also equipped with dust removal equipment, which can effectively remove the dust generated by the equipment; we have also increased the compactness of the product, which greatly reduces the noise and wear of parts during the operation of the machine.
 
3. The pulverized material enters the inside of the pellet machine through the feed port, and the inside is composed of two rotating turbines. Through the rotation, the material is extruded into a solid state, and then discharged from the outer mold hole to achieve a granular shape.
