1) Initial cleaning of raw material reception:
The initial cleaning of raw material reception is the first step in the production process, which ensures the timely supply of raw materials suitable for the next step by removing impurities.
(2) Feed grinder
Crushing is one of the important processes in the processing of formula feed, and the quality of crushing directly affects the quality of formula feed products and subsequent processes. Commonly used grain crushers include self priming crushers, hammer type crushers, and water droplet crushers.
(3) Feed mixer
The so-called mixing is the process of mixing various feed components under external forces, so that the particles of each component are evenly distributed in any volume. Commonly used mixers include: vertical mixer (9HLP --), horizontal spiral belt mixer (9HWP --), and horizontal paddle mixer
(4) Feed granulator
The materials enter the granulation stage after initial cleaning, crushing, and mixing. There are mainly two types of feed granulation machines: ring mold granulator and flat mold granulator. The flat mold ring mold particle machine is divided into vertical and horizontal types according to the configuration of the ring mold.
(5) Feed cooling machine
The temperature of the feed particles pressed out by the granulator is 75-95 ℃, and the moisture content is 13-15%. After the particles mature, the temperature is high and cannot be immediately packaged. Therefore, a cooler is needed to quickly cool and dry them. There are various types of coolers, including vertical, horizontal, and countercurrent. Commonly used are countercurrent coolers and simple coolers (air dryers).
(6) Feed packaging machine
Feed packaging can ensure the quality and safety of feed, making it convenient for users to use. At the same time, it can also highlight the appearance, logo, and brand of feed products, improving their commercial value.

Corn bran, soybean meal, and other refined grains, as well as various coarse fiber raw materials such as corn straw, peanut straw, and alfalfa, can be formed in one go by mixing them in a single or different proportion. In similar granulation equipment, the roller component is the central component of the entire equipment, and high-quality alloy steel is used to improve the service life of the roller.
