The dry fish feed pellet extruder mainly uses corn, fish meal, meat meal and some food additives as the main raw materials, after mixing, extrusion, roasting, seasoning, etc., to obtain puffed pet food, also named pet fish food making machine
Main features:
1. The internationally advanced cutting structure adopts a knife shaft positioning spring combined cutting form, achieving stepless speed change and being able to cut the discharge into the required length of products at will.
2. The design is novel and unique, with a simple structure, easy to install and disassemble, and easy to operate.
3. The screw and screw are made of special wear-resistant, high-temperature, and high humidity material 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum, which is quenched and tempered before being heat treated to form, with the advantages of wear resistance and long service life.
4. Equipped with a unique pressure boosting die device, ensuring feed yield and quality; The electric heating device improves the expansion rate of feed.
5. The spindle bearing combination uses Japanese Seiko and Swedish SKF bearings to ensure the safety and reliability of the extruder.

The final product features:
1. The produced puffed feed with floating particles can float on the water surface for at least 24 hours without scattering. Fish and livestock like to eat and are easy to digest. Generally, puffed floating fish feed saves 8-15% of feed compared to powdered or granular feed.

The production of cooked sunk aquatic products and granular feed for poultry and livestock can eliminate most of the toxins and anti nutritional factors in the materials, such as anti trypsin and urinary enzymes, which is beneficial for animal digestion and absorption, and improves the digestion and utilization rate of nutrients.
